When can I walk on my carpets and how long will it take?

Even though the Australian carpet cleaning standards suggest that you allow 6-12 hours drying time, we can half that with our state-of-the-art procedure and technology!

What products and machinery do you use?

What do I need to do before my booking?

Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the carpet, we can work around your large furniture. We also ask you to leave your driveway free for our technician to have best access to your property. Please let us know before we arrive if there is any special instructions we need to know before attending your property.
Can I leave the keys at my property as I won't be home?

Yes, do not stress if you can't be home. We have police clearances and ensure you are safe in our hands. We will lock up and leave the key in the safe spot you provide.
What if I have emergency water damage?

Call us anytime for emergency water damage. We will get on the job as soon as possible.
